How to Buy: Step by Step
Investigate:
Please roam our website and call (866-341-1854) or email us with any questions. You may want to visit our FAQ and Comparisons pages and maybe download our installation manual.
Get a Free Quote:
Visit Get a Free Quote or call us. Complete the form and we will provide a budget quotation for your project. By attaching your plans, we can be more accurate. You can also reach us by email at sales@ecowarmradiantheat.com. Please review your quotation and give us a call or email us with any questions.
Get a Design Layout:
When you have determined that Ecowarm fits your project, email us the most recent set of your project plans, if amended since your original quote and preferably in CAD. You will need to complete our Project Questionnaire in order to proceed with our design board layout. Depending on when we receive all the project data and the complexity of the project, you should expect to receive your completed layout within 1-3 weeks.
Delivery to Jobsite:
Freight to your job site is listed in your quotation. Freight is affected by distance, delivery entity type, trucking services needed, applicable fuel surcharges and the size of your order. If special freight services are requested by the customer at the time of order, your freight estimate may be adjusted. Ecowarm is sold online factory direct from Oregon. Oregon is a no sales tax state when you take possession of the goods in Oregon FOB. No tax is charged under current internet tax laws.
Delivery Lead Times:
When you are 30 days from when you will require your Radiantboard shipment, contact us. This will assure that we will have your RadiantBoard when the time comes. Within 7 days of needing your shipment to contact us for final shipping arrangements.
Payment:
Prior to your FOB shipment, you will need to sign and return the quote we have sent to you accepting our terms for purchasing on the Oregon website. You can make your payment by using a password and a payment link we will send you on our website. There you can then complete the purchase using a Visa or Mastercard, or you can just call us to have your Visa or Mastercard card processed on the website. Questions? Call us at 866-341-1854.
